Legion Protection Pte Ltd has a dedicated 24/7 command centre that adequately disseminates information, checks on deployment status, mobilize officers during crisis and ensure goals, objectives and strategies are met.
The controllers also ensures that all handing/taking over procedures are carried in a timely manner and according to the set standard. This is to safeguard continuity of the security monitoring.

·Presence of a designated secured 24 hours Operational Command Centre to ensure supervision and contact-ability of all our sites.
·Responsible for relief activation, client liaison and attendance.

·Is restricted to only authorized personnel
·All client information is kept confidential and shared on a need-to-know basis
·Coordinate with the security officers on all matters including facilitating the provision of resources to the various sites
·Fulfill all client’s security services contractual obligations
·Maintain communication with the clients, operations team and the deployed security officers
·Ensures that all operational matters are escalated to the relevant persons until normalcy
·Provide quality services
·Monitor and record log-in calls and situation report for the security officers
·All senior management informed of any emergencies at sites
